Anyone know the part numbers for just the nylon gears that are required to turn a JR 8411 into a JR 8411SA? I don't want to buy the whole "Hybrid" gear set which JR sells if I only need three nylon gears. I think the metal output gear is the same between the two and the only change is to make the remaining three gears from nylon.

You can use the gears from the 8101,8231 set and keep the output gear you already have.
