Hi Isaac,
Would you mind commenting on how you find the center of the slots for the rudder cable? I see you lay out the cable geometry, which I assume is based on the size of the control horns and the distance between them; what determines the exit location?

You right, I lay out the cable geometry based on the size of the control horns and the distance between them and the fuselage sides.
Then I measure the distance between the rudder hinges and the meeting point of the cables and the fuselage sides, it is 12.5 cm, see post 180 second picture.
Then I lay out the locations of the cable on the fuselage, sides see post 180 third picture.
Then I lay out the cable exit locations 12.5 cm from the rudder hinges, see post 180 fourth picture.
Best regards,
Isaac Najary

Isaac,
What kind of switch harness are you using? I've not seen one of those before. Thank you-

Coming from the days when color schemes consisted of mainly straight lines (usually only a few small curves to deal with), I'm glad to see how these "new fangled swoopy" color schemes can be accomplished. Never thought of making a template for an entire flying surface. Thanks for showing your process Isaac!

Fabulous as usual Isaac! Could you show the weight before and after covering for the wings? I am curious to know the difference.
Hope to see this airplane in South Africa!?

See the weights before covering in post 187.
I will post the weights after covering when it will be finish.
I am not so sore about South Africa.
Best regards,
