That is a cool feature. I use it on my 18MZ when learning a new sequence. It uses a WAV file, but the result is the same.

Anyone think there is a use for a 2-stage transmitter sticks???
EXP: Initial pull, puse ect, is 1-spring tension
Then as you move the stick to the outer position, it becomes NOTICABLY harder...
One could use this (2nd part of stick movement) to trigger something...like low-to-High
Throws...>?????????????????

I realize there is triggering through stick movement, but not a stage at which you KNOW, when you have hit the area in movement, by increasing the tension.

I've been tempted to mod my TX so the idle position is 2-stage, a light stop for normal idle and then push through (springs back to normal if you take the pressure off) for an extra low idle for downlines. With the cdi, as long as the engine's still turning it'll fire right up so there's no risk of putting out the glow plug

I was thinking a small indent too. Many radios have a removable/replaceable device that can be modded and likely switched back if you don't like it. There are also radios that beep when the mix is activated.

Does anybody else see a similarity between this JR 28X and the Walkera Devo12s?

It's like everything, take motor vehicles for eg.

They all tend to follow each other with design and looks etc.
