I really want to get into pattern flying, but no one, I mean NO ONE at my club flys pattern, and I would love to beable to watch one fly.
I live 20 miles south of Indy, and willing to travel 2 hours.
Thanks,
RichD

Rich, I fly out at Plainfield west of Indy and have been down to Atterbury w/ Steve. Im sure Steve and Jeff would love to have you stop by, and youre more than welcome to come to Plainfield. Ive been getting to Atterbury periodically, but its a bit of a drive for me from the north side of indy.
There is a contest coming up in Cincinnatti you should come and check it out. Bring a plane we will get you through the sportsman pattern no problem!

This is so funny.... I told my kids that were driving down to Cinci on the 25th and spending the night to go to a contest on the 25th and 26th, but really going to Kings Island.... I might just have to drive down earlier on the 25th and actually GO to it. I had no clue there was one that weekend !

I can scoot over there around 4-6pm any day of the week, are you there that time of day?
Saturday is actually out of the question, the youngest one has a game at 4pm Saturday and has to cheer.

I will come by there tomorrow on the way home from work. If you see a white ford ranger with work style camper shell with a blue Cinergy emblem, that will be me.
