Sweet! That will be a good winter project for ya. I agree, not as fast as the Meridian... don't think many turbines are as fast as the Meridian! It'll be cool to see what a Zafiro can do in your hands, should be awesome!

Tommy, I don't have mine yet, but I'm 99% sure it doesn't come with an engine mount as the manual states that a motor mount is not included. So you are free to use whatever mount you like. You can find a full parts list and manuals at http://www.camodel.com.ar/
MiniCap... I too am looking forward to getting the Zafiro. I was really impressed with yours.

Hey there, I'll speak for JohnW because he is probably too busy flying to chat on the U. Pattern Proz is a division of Ultimate R/C. They are located in Oklahoma and owned by a friendly man named Russell Honea. You can find em by either going to www.ultimate*********.com or directly at www.patternproz.com I have enjoyed doing business with Russ, he'll treat ya right.

I bought mine directly from camodels down in miami. Here's the Pattern proz link: http://www.patternproz.com/. I've got my wings and stab finished, just need to start building the body. I cut the ailerons and elevator down as I'll be usign mine for pattern practice, not 3D.

Hi from France,
I'm builiding a Zafiro and I just want to know which Spinner you use on your model ? Dubro ?
I will use my 91 Fx with an APX 14x8 but without tuned pipe.
Maybe will I use a perry pump but that's not sure.
I'm making this plane for precision aerobatics and not for 3D. I've got a Synergy 90 3D for that.

I'm just finishing up my Zafiro with a ST90 and a jett muffler. Mine seems to be coming out very nose heavy. Anybody have that problem? Where did you balance yours?

Hi JVB,
I'm using an APC 14x8 for pattern. Still I didn't try to fly 3D, but I think that an APC 15x6 is good for 3d. Is just my opinion...

I had the same problem with mine. The solution was put the elevators servos in the tail.
I dont remember the exact point of CG, I'm going to check the point later and then to tell you.
I had the servos into the fuse, in the CG aprox.
Hope that I have been useful.
Sorry for my english, I speak spanish.
Hernán.

Jeff,
I used a OS91FX with original muffler. The problem I had was when remove the perry pump and put the fuel tank on the F1.

hello, them story that the day of yesterday, next of almost fly a year my Zafiroe, that has a motor O.S 91fx, change prop to me, since when torque roll the model it is not layers to leave the vertical, thus installs one to him prop 15x6, with fear to that it lost traction and it did not have a limitless vertical, and that creates? The model change , flies but slow and now is 1/2 throtel layers to do torque roll and to leave the vertical
