Default F3A battery life log

I have made stickers for my custom assembled F3A packs. I am sure that it is self explanatory, you check a small square each charging cycle. Also a good place to mark a gearbox re-grease and other important "events".

No problem to put a new sticker, beginning at 201 ... a bit overoptimistic, I know..

Good job! My masking tape looks pretty weak compared to those

I will be printing some off

Chad, you have sticky paper? I might be able to print those at work with our thermal printers - I'll try tomorrow.

We have labels at work, but they are a little on the small side. If you have bigger labels that would be good

Bring them tomorrow if you get them made.

Looking at the stickers, I realized that my most used pack now turned 60 (cycles). It is about 1 year old, PolyQuest 10s2p of 2500 XP. Still plenty of power, yet marginally weaker than the younger (20 cycle) packs. I must have hurt it slightly by leaving it fully charged over the winter (not recommended). My gut feeling is that at least 40 more good cycles should be there. Maybe more... Charging to 41 volts, only for competitions I am going to charge to 42. Quite happy so far, curious how much longer my packs would last. Stopped puffing up cells after I changed the cutoff voltage from 2,8 V per cell to 3 V.
