Epsilon 40?

Has anyone out there taken delivery of a 40 sized Epsilon yet? Flown one? I know the 90 size has an excellent reputation and I assume the 40 will continue that, but firsthand knowledge is always a good thing.

Three months without a hit. Post is buried or no one is biting.
I have a friend that would like to step up to pattern without going up in size. The .40 looks like the best offering out there that I have come across. CAModels site lists it and spec's it, but does not price it. They supply dealer links, but the dealer sites do not list it. Is anyone actually trying to sell it? Joe

Thanks xcead. Now to find out if they are available and how much $ ? The Venus 40 is in my friends price range, but I just thought that there were better options out there. Thanks again. Joe

I am building the 60 sized Epsilon now. I ordered the 40 and a 60 showed up instead. Decided to keep it. It is a great building plane!
I had a Widebody 40, and it was a fantastic model. It had a gear that was too soft too. I ended up making a saddle type of mount that limited the gear flexing. This proved to work really well. I have a new Widebody kit waiting to be built one day. The Epsilon is a refinement over the Widebody according to CA Models.

Thanks for the link. The plane looks good. Now, just for clarification, is it a kit or arf? The price is within budget, but not sure of the end users building abilities. Worst case scenario is that it will end up on my bench if in kit form. With that in mind, it will have to take a number. Thanks, Joe

Thanks exeter. The widebody looks appealing as well, but this friend isn't going to build a kit as they are right off a trainer with some foamie experience thrown in.
Anyone experience the Cermark Javelin ll ARF ? Joe
