What are some good stater planes for just getting into pattern. I am looking for an arf and I do have plenty of flight experience I was thinking venus ll OR THE OBSESSION somthing like that.I dont want to spend more than 300.00 on a arf.

The Excelleron 90 is a good plane, so is the Javelin II although it is a 40 size plane.

There are quite a few good planes depending on what size plane you want ot get into.

Im looking for a 90 size and who makes the javelin

The Excelleron and Quest are the two main planes that come to mind that would do as a 90 ARF size pattern plane for the $$ mentioned. If you dont mind doing a little builing the CA Models Widebody or Epsilon can be had for about 200.00 and build quick and straight and are excellent flyers. There is a Widebody thread out here in the pattern forum if you'd like more info on the plane. Good Luck!!!
