OK, spent some more time poking around to find the hinges slots and finally found them. In case someone got into the same trouble, here are the locations:
- elevator, from the tip towards the center: 15, 70, 130,180mm
- ailerons, from the tip towards the center: 25, 148, 267, 386, 503, 624mm
Those are roughly the center of the hinges, a good spot to stick the x-acto in and work your way up and down till you reach the limit.

Ok, FINISHED building.

JR 9411 in Elevators (2),
JR NES 7005 in ailerons,
JR 8411 in rudder.
1500 NiMh battery

I have to wait 6 weeks for my YS110!!
I know of 2 in the UK using the YS 110 on the supplied YS silencer only.
