Default aeroslave problem

After about 90 fligts (some leans) on my os 1.6/aeroslave black magic the exaust noise changed ,at first I tought that a slicone coupler has broken but after i removed the belly I noticed that both couplers where ok, I then cheked the pipe and I discovered that if I shake it something inside moves and clunk. It means that I need anew one or the pipe can be repaired?

I had the same experience. The internal baffle has come loose. I sent the pipe back to Aeroslave and they fixed/replaced the pipe with no questions. Contact them. This happened to me twice and I eventually changed to an ES Carbon pipe.

The same thing can happen to the ES pipe, it's just the nature of a carbon
fiber pipe..... they will all eventually start to soak in the oil from the exhaust.
