Default Trimming help

Need some help trimming my Tracer.

When I roll left it's fast and axial. When I roll right it's slower and more of a barrell roll.

Any thoughts?

Did you check your aileron deflection to make sure both sides are the same?

Sounds like a differential/unequal throw issue.

Or the up going aileron is being blown back due to a weak servo, this assumes the differential and throws are already dialed in. The down going aileron produces more drag than the up going so if its barrelling on the right hand roll your left hand aileron may be going down too much compared to the right, just a thought.

Seems like on of the aileron servos was toast. As I was setting it up on my bench to do some measurements, as I moved the stick each time it went to center or full deflection the servo would "bounce". It's now been swapped out and we'll see how it goes next time up.

Many things can cause unequal roll. Unequal aileron deflection alone or in combination with aircraft design or air leakage through the aileron hinge gap. The airplane needs to be balanced side to side and have equal aileron deflection on both ailerons in both directions. I don't know if you have done this or have a throw meter to measure it, if not here's a link to one.

If you are using a computer radio do you have any mixes enabled? Check them all. I have found unintentional mixes enabled.
