The header fits a YS 110 FZ. The pipe slips on to the end of the header[img][/img] I would like to know maker and or model of this pipe. The pipe is about 1 1/8 inch in diameter and 15 inches long. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

It looks like a Hatori 699 pipe with flexi cooling header. I don't think they are made any longer as I have one and have been tryingto get genuine Hatori O rings for it for ages now without success. You can source replacement O rings but they don't last too long.
Hope this helps

My Feedback: (58)
It's a Hatori muffler and flex cooling header, not sure what the part numbers would be as the Hatori Japan site has nothing that looks like either of them on the site but I had on of those header a few years ago that I bought from Central.
If you call Central Hobbies they might be of more help since they sell a lot of Hatori stuff.

Hoosier06:
The header is a Johnson cooling header previously sold by Central. Johnson headers is no longer in business and I have not found a source for a replacement (other than a short Hatori header). They did make the header to interface with a Hatori muffler. I have a few of them for my planes and they all seem to break where the stainless tube from the exhaust port is welded to the cooling/finned portion. I have done what you have and installed a piece of high temp teflon tubing (from McMaster Carr) over the break and secured the tubing with some small hose clamps. Seems to hold up well. If you can find someone that can weld thinwall stainless they might be able to help.
The muffler may be a Hatori. I have a Johnson muffler on my Black Magic that is very similar to the one you have in the picture but it does not have the soft mount tabs at the rear.
Pete: Sorry for the correction on the cooling header. Didn't mean to offend but I just happened to have the product label from one that I just installed on my Black Magic.
