Default SD-10g mix question

I would like to have a mix set up with the elevator as the master and the rudder as the slave and I want to have the throttle stick as the switch so it is only active above half throttle. Is this possible, I can't seem to figure it out.

Jim,

What issue are you trying to correct?

Hey Jim,

I'm with Arch, what are you trying to solve? You can certainly do that mix. You can use one of the custom mixes and set up the Elev>Rud mix that you want, and then you need to go into the Stick Switch menu (Flight Mode menu) and set up the stick switch. Pick the switch (stick switch 1-5), then which stick you want it to be on (Throttle) and then where on the throttle stick you want it to be activated (Mid stick...) and then last choose whether you want Hi = on, Low = off, or vice versa.

Last but not least, you need to actually assign the mix to that switch, which is in the SW Assign menu (in the System menu). Sorry that's so confusing...it'll seem more straight forward when you do it.

That's an unusual mix though... If you have trouble though, give a shout, and we can play with it at the field.

Thanks Mark, no that wasn't confusing at all and I was very close on my own. The hardest part was getting the rudder to move right with both down elevator and up elevator. It's a mix I thought I would try to eliminate the gyroscopic tork up the prop. I don't know though I'm just playing.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but wouldn't you want right rudder with down elevator and left rudder with up to counteract gyroscopic precession?
