Cortar cable antena Receptor Corona 2.4 (Receiver antenna wire cutting Corona 2.4)
Muchas Gracias
I have a receiver Corona 2.4 of 8 channels (the two antennas).
Mesh was cut a cable, right on the plate welded to the RX.
Do not cut the cord completely. only the mesh.
I have to cut about 5 mm of cable for soldering again.
You can do this?? I have to cut the two antennas to the same length? (I ask thisbecause in the
72 Mhz radios can not because the frequency varies)
I discovered it to disarm all to check a problem I had loss of signal for a few seconds.
This cut in the mesh may have caused this??
Thank you very much
excuse my English !!!

RE: Cortar cable antena Receptor Corona 2.4 (Receiver antenna wire cutting Corona 2.4)
I have improved the question in English a little:
ORIGINAL: enio
I have a Corona 2.4 receiver of 8 channels (the type with two antennas).
The mesh of one of the cables-antennas seems to be ripped-off, right at the soldered to the board of the RX joint.
The cable-antenna is not cut-off, only the mesh is damaged.
I have to cut about 5 mm (3/16") from the cable for soldering it again.
Is it possible to do this? Do I have to trim back the two antennas to the same length? (I ask this because in the
72 Mhz radios it cannot be done because the frequency varies).
I discovered this problem when I dissembled the receiver, which has had loss of signal for a few seconds.
Could that failure be caused by the defective mesh?
Thank you very much.
