I 5 of those recivers with my DX7...

I have never had a Issue and I fly more than most.

I will say most issues I have seen are when peaple use cheap old battery packs, or cheap swiches from Hobbyking.

Never had an issue with them. Most of the time the problems people do have is when they run power hungry digital servos and not enough battery to support them.

Never had one issue. I love my DX7 and AR7000 RXs. I have had it now for almost 3 years and it has worked flawlessy with Digital and Standard servos. I have plane with 4 digital and 2 standard servos and use a 4.8V NICAD 1000mha and 600mha y harnessed and have had absolutely no problems what so ever. I get six 10 minutes flights on that setup before I even have to consider topping off the batteries.

The system you have has really proven to be very good
The radio forums run feedback ranging from excellent to horrible - as one might expect.
Some problems described obviously are self induced .
Some are simply goofy
Some are accurate - overall the system is well liked.
As noted above - the completing pieces - batts (especially) IF mismatched, can cause problems.

If your planes are worth more than a hundred bucks(which they are), a five cell 1700-2000 mah battery would be a better choice
