I fly with a guy who's 89 years young[8D]. He now flies electrics only, but is out there ever flyable day. I only hope i can carry on as he has!

You might consider replacing the wire that links the remote rx to the main receiver just to be safe... that one sounds like it might have a problem. Glad you figured it out!

The wire and the remote are in a much less expensive plane. The F15 has new components.
