Crystal help needed.
Ive bought my 2nd airplane with everything on it.
How does the crystal stuff work?
Ive got a Futuba Fieldforce 6, and the airplane is equipped with a Multiplex pico 4/5 reciever.
Now I found out that normally I just have to buy a brand compatible crystal for the reciever, but heres the problem.
My futuba transmitter has dual convertion (Whatever that may be..).
Will it work if I used my DC transmitter xtal, and bought wichever reciever xtal that supports mpx pico recievers?
Or does it have to be one that also matches the Dual convertion xtal in my reciever?

Recievers are offered with either single or dual conversion. The crystal must match the RX and the specific single or dual conversion technology employed by your specific RX...
Your TX is not dual conversion or single for that matter. As I mention above its a RX thing... In any case your TX will work with either single or dual conversion.
