Default Eclipse setup Question?

Just ordered an eclipse radio for a Cap 232 that I am building and am curious about set up . It is a scratch build with flaps, ailerons, and have tamed it down somewhat. I.E 1200 sq. in. 74" span . Would like to have the ability to control flaps as ailerons, also can I run two elevator servos with this radio. Was looking for info on various radio setups but no luck there .
Any help greatly appreciated.
Aloha, Les

There should be no problem with using a "Y" cable to operate two identical servos to control the elevators.

As for flaperons, there are menu choices for this in the manual on page 26.

If you have the channels, it's best to plug each elevator servo into it's own channel and mix them. Y connectors are one more thing to fail.[&o]

.. except you will need a reversing one as the servos will need to go in opposite directions, unlike a 'Y' cable for ailerons.

You just flip the flip the arm over... That CAP's probably already set up that way.

yes, but the geometry of the two elevator halves are then different, and they won't remain in line for the whole of their travel.

A common mistake that can cause mysterious snaps
