Default Futaba T6XA Problems

I picked up this tx second hand. When I went for training today I ran into a couple problems. 1st and biggest, when a training cord is attached and the trainer button is pushed it has no effect. When using as master and button is pushed the slave has no control, and while holding the button in all the functions of the master still work without releasing the button. When powered down and using as student radio, and the other trainer button was pushed it still did not work. It was linked with another Futaba radio. Could this be a program problem or a physical tx problem. 2nd, the person I got is from was using the throttle on the right instead of the left and then switched the sticks back before I got it. Now the elevator trim switch on the left has no clicks, its just smooth. How can I fix this?

Default RE: Futaba T6XA Problems

I'm not brave enough to try and troubleshoot problems with a transmitter using words over the Internet. Just too easy for one or the other parties trying to communicate to get confused.

My advise, send it in.

John
