Default Try this

http://www.cliftech.com/
There are a bunch of r/c electronic projects here including the GoSlow which I think might be what you are looking for.

Default Retract servo ?

You cannot slow down a traditional retract servo -- they are not proportional. But you can slow down a proportional retract (Multiplex and Airtronics offer them) or any standard R/C servo.

You will need a Tx with the programmable speed feature (9Z) or a Go-Slow (servo-slow) gadget.

You can also slow down some propo servos by narrowing the Tx's ATV to extremely tight settings.
