Default modify Futaba T4VH skysport

Dear Seniors,
Same Q asked again, I bought Realflt G2 lite to practice heli, left stick throttle/rudder and right stick is elev/aileron. Good. comfortable, i bought Mini Dragon and supplied with Futaba 4 skysport but left stick elev/rudder and right stick throttle/aileron. How to modify the futaba wiring to match the transmitter mode USA. It is easy to change the Realflt controller to adopt the US style

thanks :drowning:

Couldn't you just switch the servos around?

Hi runover1,
Thanks for the suggestion. I successful switch over the Realflt controller's spring and metal clip?? to the arrangement to suit the futaba skysport asian layout mode. I m not quite happy because it is somewhat not logical to have Elev/Rudder on one stick and Throttle/ Aileron on the stick. Though I could practice it and a matter of time I would be at home on the asian mode. Logically,as in the actual aircraft the effect of throttle up is yaw compensate by rudder and elevator and aileron 'mixed' to produce desired path. I have some background in electronics hobby so i m trying to get best suggestions. Anyway I ll open up the futaba to see if could swap it without extending the connecting wires.

Thanks runover1

I mean couldn't you swap the servo wires in the MiniDragon? On the receiver all servos wires are within an inch of each other.

Hi shohimix, here are a few links to T4VF modifications that might be useful to ya. I used the 4VF as a buddy box and use it sometimes for my Aerofly Pro flight sim, although I use my 9C mainly. Hope this helps. It involves some basic soldering steps, and a DMM will be useful. Good luck.............
