Default Hitec Eclipse Retracts Problem

Ok here is an interesting problem.
My TF P-47 is set up with (bought it built and ready for flight) the landing gear on mechanical retracts. Two futaba retract servos running two mech retracts (one servo for each retract).
When I y-harness them together and plug em into the receiver and throw the switch,.......one gear leg goes down, one goes up. Throw switch other way and opposite happens.
I can't get both legs up and down at the same time!

It's probably a really silly fix, but my manual (radio) is missing and in need to get this straightened out.

Any ideas?

Jeff

either reverse the servo horn on one of the servos , or turn one of the servos 180* or buy a servo reverser.
