Sorry Bill when you said "I didnt feel it handled better then anyone elses." it sounded exactly like you meant his buggy didn't seem to handle better then anyone elses. Also I know I'm not an expert in setting these 1/8 buggies up yet because I'm still very new with them. I did get carried away when I said that but I was thinking about all of the different things I can do to my buggy at the time and how they would change the handling because I still don't exactly what certain changes make on these buggies.

HEY EVERYONE IM MAKING CHANGES TO THE TRACK. I STARTED ON IT LAST NIGHT. THE TRIPLE AND S SECTION
WILL STAY THE SAME FOR NOW.THE LEFT SIDE OF THE TRACK WILL BE TOTALLY DIFERENT. NO MORE LONG
STRAIGHTAWAY. WILL BE A LOT OF LOW SPEED SWEEPING TURNS. NOT SURE YET ON BUMPS AND JUMPS.
I HAVE A LOT OF DIRT TO MOVE. HOPE TO BE READY BY SUN. IF PEDRO DROPS OFF HIS BOBCAT FOR ME
IN THE NEXT DAY OR SO IT WILL MAKE THINGS EASIER. HE HAS BEEN BUSY BUT WILL TRY TO GET IT
TO ME.

DYING FROM HARD LABOR

Is moving dirt at your place a spectator sport? Or would you like some help?

COOL! Not sure if I can get out there on Saturday - but will be there if I can --- it is our plan to be there on Sunday about noon.

My recommendation would be to not kill yourself to get it ready for Sunday because the weather is supposed to get very hot. If the track is not ready Sunday - everyone may have to pitch in to complete it and maybe get limited run time in and then we pick back up on racing the following week (?)..... just a thought.

Scott-Its good to get you out of that chair at work and moving around. Now you know how I feel every morning. Just popped 4 advil with my coffee. Aahhh, breakfast of Champions.
Scott I just realized that with the new track changes it should increase the lap times. I guess no more 13 lap runs. It should make it more about driving though. Just when Bill was starting to get the hang of it... now he is screwed again.
Im off Friday. Planning on cutting my hay field I call a yard but Ill come over when you get off to help and of course Saturday. Should make Sunday's race very interesting.

Heck Joel I need an office job like you guys so I can play on here all the time. I say we race no matter what. Im getting DTs from not running. Besides if the track is still a little rough thats cool. They are offroad buggies so lets do it. Usually running helps smooth it out faster anyway.

KEVIN THIS OFFICE JOB IS NO CAKE WLK. IVE GOT BLISTERS ON MY FINGER TIPS.
IF PEDRO GETS HIS BOBCAT OUT TONIGHT ILL BET THE TRACK BECOMES LARGER.
OH YEAH!!!!

AS FOR THE LAP TIMES IT MIGHT BE A LITTLE SLOWER BUT THE OLD LAYOUT WAS TOO PLAIN.
UP AND BACK UP AND BACK. THIS WAY IT WILL BE A LOT OF SWEEPING TURNS.
MORE SETUP AND DRIVING ABILITY NOT THE FASTEST MOTOR.

HE WHO SPENDS THE MOST MONEY WILLNOT ALWAYS WIN!!!

Yep - I do have a good job --- but what I went thru before I got this job nearly killed me (and I am not kidding!).

Oh - I agree that we run on Sunday -- it is just that the weather is supposed to get real hot by the end of this week and I didn't want Scott to think that he had to get the track change completed by himself - and that if it took a crew on Sunday to help finish it off - then I am all for it! Kind of a work before you play day!!!

Scott - sounds like you have some big plans going on for the track --- I too hope the Pedro shows up with the bobcat to move some dirt around -- A new track layout --- YES.

Christian -- is this that big money race that they have at the Tilt Yard each year? If so - from what I can understand it can get prettty serious/cut-throat at that race....money can make people do carzy things.

I just like to go to a big race with many cars. It is a fun track to race at and I had a blast last time and like to do better this time.

Hey - Dave -- how did all the cars come out? OK I hope. Did you get them all painted etc....? Sorry I didn't stay to put on the mech. speedo etc.. last night (or this morning actually) -- but I get up at 4:45 a.m. and that comes real quick!!

But it was fun - I have never put together an on-road car kit.

See you this weekend.

Chris you do know its limited to 50 "Joe" racers and its a $100 entry fee?

Eddie- 10,000 in frt/rr and 30,000 is a good starting point.
