RE: 2006 Las Vegas RC Tracks & Events
Yeah i hear ya...But i get to go there at oh say around 5:45 am just to be on time for my qualifier!!!! yeah i didn't know that thurs was pre quals so now im in the firstheat @ six thirty in the morning but there is a good thing about this, there is only seven people in my heat instead of fifteen like everyone else so thats an advantage to me in my opinion, and the track wont be all rutted up from everyone running all day!!! so we will see how everything goes... Oh yeah Scuba Steve TQ'ed in production monster, i thought that was pretty cool, so hope to see you all there and if i dont we will see you at finishline (whens the secret meeting where all of the insiders meet to find out when finishline is open and what day there racing?[sm=confused.gif]) later,

These photos are slightly larger than my norm though I still had to reduce the photos. Just don't be too surprised when you open them. The one with "BCE" on it belongs to one of the locals and his sponsor "BCE" is also a local and member of this forum. Although I literally have 1000s of photos, I have narrowed it down to around a 100 or so photos, although I don't plan to upload all those either--just a break between posts. And since I also mentioned to a few of the other RCU members who were racing, I'll probably post a few of their photos here and link them to this thread depending on the size of the photo I upload.

Well, now that this forum finally let me in, let me clear the air a bit...
We are the owners of cutting edge indoor r/c...
We are working day and night to get it open.. ( And I still drive trucks during the day untill then... )
As for the inspection, it was a PAPER WORK snafu...nothing major, just dot some I's and cross some T's. ( typical government stuff ).
We are recieving e mails daily on when we will open, as i say in them, watch the web site for info.. ( when we know, believe me, you will know..)
We have tried twice for opening days and both times missed them, this time when we know, you will know ( I wish i could say for sure when )..
The rumors are running rampant, so now that I can post on here I am trying to stop them.... ( We have heard some real good ones LOL )..
We have been at this for 4 1/2 months, it WILL happen, and it WILL happen SOON...
Thank you for all your interest and for the help on the layout..

Wow that is supper close to my work. When you do open up what are the projected hours. If you are going to be open after 1:00pm I may just have to start browning bagging lunch and doing a little RCing at lunch time.
On that note what would be the a good start at something to run there. As far as Eclectic all I have is a Mini-T Pro and RC18MT. Might be a little too small to run there? Got to keep it on a low budget I was thinking about a buggy, I have a Nitro stadium truck cool but buggy's look meaner. The wife just OKed me on getting a Nitro Monster Truck. So I don't want her thinking I am out spending more money on stuff, if you know that I mean.
