RE: NEW YORK CITY BASH
Hey, new to forum, I have 2 electric trucks (a traxxas rustler and a stampede) that I have not run in a few years, but want to get back into it again. I live in Queens, but actually closer to Brooklyn. Someone mentioned an offroad track in Floyd Bennett Field, does anyone know about this? does anyone bash there? Usually only see nitro on road.
EDIT: I just read about the Queens spot on page 4. I actually live right across that bridge in rockaway beach. If anyone still goes there I would be interested.

6 pages, true - but not a whole lot of action this year.
I think all our stuff is broke lol....
My MGT is down while i rebuild my cage. I'm running my shortcourse though - stick mainly to brooklyn or during the weekdays, flushing meadows ( i work in the area)

Yes, that track looks great, I have been following the thread on rctech. I go to school at manhattan college which I think is like ~10min away, on 242st and broadway. So once I am up there for school next month I'll be checking it out.

Definitely, I could meet up in any of those places! In fact I went to high school in bay ridge, and I live 5min away from floyd bennet. Let me know if you wanna set something up.

haven't gotten *any* of my rc's out this year in the middle of home renovations (still! lol) and now we're entering my busy season. Still - i'd like to get out there a bit with my RC's... I'll see how upcoming weekends shape up.

HI guys I'm new to this thread, allot of the places above i heard of, seen on map, or looks too dangerous to go knowing the area. I spent many years at FBF and now looking for some dirt. ANYONE got plans for this summer?
And, what is this spot by the bridge?

Hey,
The spot by the bridge is right next to the Broad Channel bridge in south Queens. It's a huge park that is almost always empty, but it's mostly flat grass. I live about 10min from FBF and even though its huge too, there is almost no dirt and nothing to jump. I'm down to meet up for some bashing, its been really hot during the day though so I've been going out in the evening.

Hmm, we didn't really set a spot yet. But since Voxmanga had been to FBF many times, and I only live 5min from there, and you also live in Brooklyn, maybe some place in Brooklyn?
