The Hemet RC track? How do you know this? Do you have a link or something? I was hoping they were going to start another track. That track was also high on my list of favorites.

Ya, the Machine was there last Saturday, same place, but ran by the Hobby store there. Do not know anymore details.

Are you talking about the track by Dynamic Hobbies in Hemet? I was there a couple weeks ago and I asked if there was any tracks nearby, and someone said there is "The Dirt" about 1/4 mile from the hobby shop by the softball fields. I went over there, and I seen the track. They said the original owner went to Arizona and left this track here. So I took some pictures! :) Is this the track you are talking about?

They also had a beginner track with smaller jumps (and less maintained) on the other side of the drivers stand.

I raced at the DIRT in Hemet last saturday .It is in the same place. Dynamic hobbies operates it and JOEY'S SON runs the races.JOEY does the layouts. They race on Friday nites and saturdays.

Rain rain go away come back some other day Like in June
Green Flag is wet again and appears it will be next week too. Rain is in the forcast for next week. We will have to see how much and when it rains. We went out last Saturday and was able to get most of the water to drain off so when it does rain the mud should dry up fairly quick.I am hoping to get the tractor back to the track some time around the end of the month to complete our lot grading and crash wall. At this time the track crew is discussing a possible series race this spring. We would also like to build a new timing and sign up booth- cost for a new booth is estimated at around $500.00. Donations of building materials ,windows (3X5, 3X3) ,a solid core door,ect... will be needed.
