Yeah right "sold" the car! LOL 180mph->300km/h at 4cm wheels means that wheel should be spinning at 19904rpm!!! And I assure you that tire can't handle such stress! 39years old and lying like a little boy! [&:]

Ok why don't you give me the gearings and engine you used? If you're true indeed I have no problem to admit it...really!

Even if your car weights nothing, if your wheels dont spin at 19000rpm then 180mph is not possible. cheers

I love crazy speed claims! I usually give the guy making the claims the benefit of the doubt, but 180 mph...
Oh, I see he is from where our country's most honest people are from. Dude, listen to Gynaikas, numbers and physics are always out to get ya. Let's see, complete vacuum, zero g's, yup, physics still get ya haw! Hasn't and can't be done. To lazy to look, what's 180 kph? Oh yeah, still to much. Any way, don't get either of them. You can make a GOOD car go as fast or faster than 4-tec easy enough. Plus it will handle SO much better when you get tired of going straight. Bro has a 4-tec and it is the worst driving car I have ever seen personally. Get one mentioned earlier, like a tc3, rs4, gpx4, nt1(best of the best)kyosho v1 rrr...All will be better than your options listed. 180mph, hahhahahahaha!!!

He probably means 180kmph.

If he does many 180mph i feel sorry for you man, you must be one poor retarded guy

No RC car tyre would holdup at 180MPH, you would immediaty loose sight of the car.

Sorry i didnt read the whole thread, did he convert his cen to brushless with lipo?

I'm pretty sure they were all nitro engines. GYN was talking about over 50 thousand RPM's and then the guy was said he was gifted with nitro and could recreate power in it..[8D]

Okay then, but as your being so serious about it im interested, why dont you buy another nitro car and make it do 180MPH to prove to us that you did it?

There is not official world record for 180MPH so why dont you set a world record or why dont you just make your current car do +100MPH

Ok. The original topic of this thread was covered long ago and buried. It should have stayed that way.

Excessive speed claims are always contenders for an argument, and as there has been no detail or information to back up such claims, the resulting discussion has degraded and gone nowhere. The thread need not continue in this manner.
