Default 356 Farhenheit motor to hot

Hi.
I ran my motor on only one tank and the temp was 356F.Very hot.Now when the car is thottling it spews out nitro from just underneath the head.I think I might be an blown head gasket or warped head of the heat. This is the settings my local hobby shop did and I never changed the needles in any way since.
Any ideas.

well sounds like your gasket is buster causing an air leak which leans t he engine out, also, how much airflow do you have, and you cant just let them tune it once and keep running it from there, read this, it should help http://www.*********.org/cars_eng-tuning.htm

i dont see it warping but i can say that there could be gnine damage, just replace the gasket and make sure the mating surfaces are clean, tighten in the X pattern
