Default Adding a turnbuckle set?

I want to add a turnbuckle set on my TGX to make it easier to align it etc, and was wondering whether I need the new collar things? Or use the same ones?

You can easily find turnbuckles that fit your collars...and also to find new collars that fit other turnbuckles. Investigate towerhobbies product database and see what you can find.

Is the thread reversed on one side of the turnbuckle?
Or is it the same as a non turnbuckle rod?

I didn not understand much of your question (my english is not good enough)...while you turn the rod one way the turnbuckle shortens and the other way it expands. Watch the pic below...

Yeah I understand that, but I meant, is the thread on the screws going the correct direction on both sides?
Or is the thread on one side of the turnbuckle "reversed"? ie, counter clockwise to make it go in, and clockwise to make it go out?

Cklockwise, both threads go in, anticlockwise both threads go out. Yes it is reversed!!! Watch the picture it shows the direction!

They are not reversed and the screw doesn't have a nut ? In that case adjusting is more difficult...you should remove every single turnbuckle, adjust and then put back again to see if the angle is right, if not then again...you need to get reversed turnbuckles with a nut to turn them more easily without having them removed from the car, just like the ones that 18ss uses.
