Camber is how the wheels sit in comparison to the ground (and looking at them from the top)

What you want is negative camber which means the bottom of the tyres sit out, and the top of the tyres go toward the middle of the car. This basically means that when you corner and the car rolls into the corner, the tyres stay in perfect contact with the ground. Ideally on hard cornering this would mean the wheel would be at an exact 90 degree angle to the ground.
The softer the suspension, the more roll, the more negative camber you need

Toe in/out is when the wheels point inward or outward. ie, lets say the front has toe out, it looks like the left wheel is turning left, and the right wheel is turning right. Usually you use toe out at the front
In the rear you have toe in usually for stability (toe in means the left wheel looks like it is turning right, and the right looks like it's turning left)

You need a camber and toe gauge to properly adjust them
