Default Gear ratio reduction?

I saw this on ebay, can this be used for gear ratio reduction for crawlers to increase torque. Search item #200098222126, or this link

Default RE: Gear ratio reduction?

Yes, it would work, but may take some fabrication to install. That is the type of gearbox used in a brushless plane, but it could easily be adapted to whatever.
