Default Dave Platt Kingfisher flown?

Hello,

Does anyone know if Dave Platt flew the Kingfisher from the 2005 Toledo show? I have watched the videos and I am curious how the control systems worked out.

Thanks

I never saw a report on it flying. It is a beautiful airplane. I think he made his own engine for the plane, too. Does he own it still? It was so over the top that someone might have had to own it more than him fly it.

Tom this Platt Kingfisher is nuts, he starts out visiting a full size on a museum ship.

It is 1/6 scale.

His aileron linkage and elevator linkage was pretty neat but did not look strong enough to my eye, I was just wondering how they held up.
