Hello I need help. I am finishing up a Balsa USA 1/3rd Scale Ercoupe 415C. I am doing it up scale and am going to use it in scale competition. I need a full bodied Scale pilot. I bought one and he doesn't fit (to tall) I've found a few but not really to my liking. Anyone have a good source for scale pilots? Thanks Carl

Could you shorten your current pilot with a little selective surgery? I doubt anyone would notice if his legs weren't quite "scale length" or if you removed a few "vertebrae." (BTW, do you fly at the Gilman Springs Field? I live in Japan, but have a house in Moreno Valley.)

Hello. The issue with the pilot I have isn't his legs. He's too long from his bottom (Butt) too the top of his head. And yes I have flown out at Gilman Springs field. I just flew at a scale contest there. Great bunch of people. Thanks for your response and Happy landings

I'd say that if the head is the right size everything else can be fixed, particularly if this 1/3 scale figure has sewn clothes that would have radical surgery...for example a "butt-ectomy." (What is your usual flying club?)
