Sue, I hope my flying is better than my ability to communicate! How could you possibly get that that was a great day? I will admit that it was a challange but I can do without that kind of stress. At any rate, I have adjusted the elevator and will attempt another flight as soon as the weather permits.
Don't you enjoy a challenge like that once in a while though? ( I was being cheeky) It keeps things interesting and makes you appreciate the really good days when all goes well. Let us know how the next flight goes. Hopefully all will work well for you next time.

Finally, I had 5 real good flights with the Eindecker. It's back to the way it was at the beginning of the season. I was doing loops ,I rolled it a couple of times and I even had it flying upside down. There was no porpoising even at full throttle and the landings were actually pretty.. Only thing wrong was I forgot to take the camera but I did remember to bring a cigar and I enjoyed it as a sort of victory smoke after the first flight. Its too bad about the camera because there was some great potential shots late in the day as the sun set. I finally have all the kinks ironed out and now I can begin my winter projects.

Fantastic news then! I am glad you had a good day. Who would have taken the pics though if you were flying the plane?

good question but I'm sure I could have gotten someone at the field. Actually, the plane flies so well now, that I would have let someone else fly while I took the pics. Next time out.And bu[y that time I'll have figured out how to download the pics onto the computer. [:@]
