I searched around for nav lights for my 96" Beaver.... The only thing I camr up with was the RAM lights or LED the same size as the Curtek lights, but I got them from http://www.flightlites.com. I went to radio shack and picked up a lens that the LED snapped right into. I can get you the radioshack # when I get home in a few days. The lights and controler work great and the wing tip lights are visible during the day when veiwed straight from the end. The flashing beacon is only visible on overcast days or when it is starting to get a little dusky. The landing lights are visible in broad daylight. You can even have him program the flash rate and flash pattern to match any full size plane you are modeling after.

Got an acquaintance on the east coast, has a website with information on his programmable light controller and has the stuff to make custom LED lights that are really really bright. Helitronix.com is the site name.

The controller can be programmed by your computer for whatever patterns and durations of flash you want.
