Frank, what torque specs are your wing servos?

Hello everyone. I have been busy with work. Some building has been ongoing however. The wings have been mounted and rigged. The tail feathers are also installed. The engine has been mounted and the cowl is in the process of being mounted. The cockpit is partly finished. I have been unable to find any concrete design for a scale landing gear. I have viewed many threads on several sites and this past weekend I built a landing gear mock up out of 3/16" wood dowels. I added some gussets just to hold it together. This seems to be a close set up. If anyone has any thoughts they would be appreciated.
Thanks to all with your help.

Doing the wooden mock-up was a very good idea. That'll make it much easier to get it right in metal. Here are some shots of the gear I came up with from my 1/6 scale Sopwith Snipe.

Great work on the landing gear Abu. What wheels are those?

Hi Zero, I admire the jigs that you have set up. Amazing how useful those things are.
