Rye's Amsterdam

Hi Rye
I have the Amsterdam also. I wound up putting in a big Pittman motor @ 2.5# & a battery 9.2 #.
I put a large Octura prop on, 2.8" x 5" pitch, to get some prop wash to come up to deck height when towing full sized rowboats.
I did NOT glue any of the decks in place because it is not necessary. It really makes running the boat so much easier.
Warning!!
Wash the plastic hull insides to remove the molding oil? wax? so the stuff will PERMANANTLY stay put.
Edit
She is the grey boat in the bottom left of the photo.

A 12 vdc car winshield washer pump can do a great job for the monitor . A big GM car from a junkyard will get you pump, hoses, and a connector with some extra leads length.

Leave a little space between the servo and the button.
Servos usually only buzz, or humm if there is something preventing
the servo arm from reaching its full throw, or center.
