Tigers in the Garage
I shot this short film last week but haven’t had chance to host it yet, it was raining heavily outside and I wanted to experiment with a new camera so it was shot in the garage hence the poor lighting, the bleeping sound is a warning from the low voltage on the transmitter http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zCtByCva9bQ

Thanks for the tour, it's a new benchmark of skill.
Now when the rain stops; Please take that beauty outside and make a movie of it for us all to watch.

Thanks for the response lads, the sound unit is Thomas Benadini http://www.benedini.de/ the sound is recorded direct from Tiger 131 at Bovington which is fitted with the latter HL230 engine Thomas has a demoes page with a few sounds that you can hear plus there is a lot of films on YouTube with his sound units fitted http://www.benedini.de/Home_D/Demos/demos.html in the larger tanks we use the TBS5 this will fit in a 1/16 tank but will take up a lot of room for the 1/16 tanks the TBS Mini would be better suited.
The rain has stopped though it’s typically winter here in Belgium very grey and little sun the first time there is some sun and I have nothing else to do I will make another outside.

I have emailed Thomas about the MINI. Looks like another option for 1/16 scale tanks. I was going to pair up Darkiths DBC2 with the Benedini mini and see what I get. I am hoping for something as good as Tamiya for about $200. This pair up might be a viable choice to the EL MOD set up for slightly less.

Thanks, that shot of the start-up with all the smoke would look great on a foggy morning with the sun rising behind it...

You got to love the startup on That Tiger almost like it was a cold russian front morning after the crew had to do some repairs on it.
Great Tank.
