Just buy the things new. That way you atleast have a reasonable chance of help if something is wrong with them. Buying this kind of stuff used is tricky at best. <div> Also for what it costs to ship things now a days it is probably cheaper in the long run. These tanks are only around 109.00 $ new. </div>

According to another thread on the subject, FOV 1/24 tanks seem to be a better bet.
