Hi all,

Just got my new tank.. not bad, a bit floppy but a good value.

Anyway, my airsoft gun doesn't work.. any way to easily troubleshoot this? I have the gun switch on, and I hear no noise whatsoever when I try to fire. No noise, no light etc...

Rest seems to work ok. Can the track tension be adjusted? No doubt I'll be doing some mods. Who sells a metal barrel for it?

No metal airsoft barrels. your extremely limited with airsoft tanks. Most mods are completely home built. Contact Shenlonco or Thomasjohnmurphy for the best airsoft advice.

The Jagd already has a metal airsoft barrel. Doesn't it?

Well I am not sure, about airsoft, but I know my IR JagD has a metal barrel.

I'll check my airsoft Jagdpanther barrel on Dec. 25th, once I get it.

My HLPanther G has a metal barrel.

The barrel on the Jagd is aluminum with a plastic muzzle brake.

That's what I thought. My IR version is metal as well and I assumed the Airsoft version was. They are pretty loose tolerance barrels though. Not what one wants for good Airsoft performance.

No noise, no light means no power. you will have to open it up and look for a loose connection.

Thanks for all the feedback... tore it all down and found LOTS of stuff needed fixing. Got it all working for the moment, but its going to need some redesign to last any length of time. I do like it though, and think its a good value. I did a write up with pics on RC groups if anybody is interested... Long and the short of it is that I'll machine up some new bits for it to make it work how I want.
