I wonder if an RC version is in the works.

I have to say this Nashorn looks very well http://cgi.ebay.com/1-6-Nashorn-Sd-K...item27b220fd0f

But only this hipping would cost me as much as a Tamiya King Tiger

Nice find. Those would make nice additions to my Nord Afrika themed AFVs if they were made in 1/16 scale.

I think for the price theya re nice at that scale. I suppose it would cost some bucks to make them into a full option rc vehicle.

OK lads before you all have sleepless nights fantasising about large scale models first and most important it’s plastic, static and comes pre built so to strip it down will smash the thing into a wreck be patient and in 12-18 months’ time it will be released in kit form for half the price then it may be worth converting and then there may be some running gear available, not sure what type of tracks comes with the lit if they are styrean then it will always be static, the 1/6 lads have been wetting themselves since this was announced 3 months ago lets sit back and see what they make of it.

Read carefully the Nashorn comes as a basic kit plus the detail and the detail kit costs a lot more than the basic kit which is made of 1.5mm steel, put some motors in there and it will twist the hull

Thanks Mark! You just talked me out of it, which is what I have been trying to do for the last few hours! I am staying with the 1/16 stuff that I can't afford, instead of the 1/6 stuff that may make me a homeless tanker. LOL

Well this might be a new trend. I would be quite happy with a 1/6 Panther and Sherman. First the kits, then the RC upgrades, and we are in trouble, if this 1/6 manufacturer has some capital behind them

You bet. IF that was a Sherman I would be all over of it. Quit posting stuff like this. You are starting where Big Tony finished off. Supplying all these links to pull more money out of my wallet!!!!!!.
