I like to support my local hobby shop but they are 30+ minutes away, and dont always have the color of paint in the quantity I need to paint a 1/16 scaletank.

Atleast you "have " a local shop. All the ones in my area have closed. Tower Hobby's have all the Tamiya paint's and there prices are not that bad. I haven't tried Hooby Link yet but I am going to check therm out.
