I was just wondering if G scale model railroad buildings fit into RC tank combat. I'm not sure what the ration is but Ithink its like 1/18 idk.

G scale (Garden scale) covers a number of scales. Do a Google search for "G scale". Wikipedia. and a bunch of others, can give you some general idea about this.

G-Scale generally ranges from 1/20 to 1/32 in US.
The 1/20 is for narrow gauge (3 ft gauge track, primarily western themed)
The 1-29 - 1/32 is for standard gauge trains. (4ft 8 1/2 inches track like you see every day)
Have you considered using enlarged photographs spray adhesived onto Coroplast (very stiff, corogated plastic used for signs)? It would be more light weight, easier to find appropriate pictures of European WWII era buildings than to find railroad building kits, and easier to store (you could make them so that they fold up or disassemble easily).

Doing a Google search for "european WWII era building" pics yielded this great link to a guy doing just as I described.
