Default RE: Tank parts

The time it takes for thee guys to get the parts from the suppliers is always the cause of the delay. It is not our guys who hold things up. The Chinese are actually in no hurry to send a couple hundred dollars of parts to small suppliers when the large chain stores order thousands of dollars werth of inventory.
If you need speed then you need to go with mass suppliers if you want good support after the sale go with Phil or Bob at ETO. Mato is very good also but being from Canada sometims the shipping is slow due to customs. Remember, everything that comes in country now is held up in customs. And it is only going to get worse, so try to bundle your orders. More larger orders are far far better than many small orders.
