I would get the IR version. And yes, the details are very well done for an RTR.

Too late, already ordered it. I have never had a single bad experience with Banana Hobby and I have ordered several items from them in the past. Here's hoping for another good experience. As for IR, I have seven VS Pro IR tanks, I'm looking for some airsoft tanks now to be honest, I'd like to get a sherman, a KV and one or two others for real backyard combat.

Yea I always go back to airsoft nothing beats shooting real projectiles!!!

The Airsoft tanks are less complicated also, noIR emitter, detector or LEDs to go wrong. It's a simpler layout.
