I have been watching this for a long time. I'm ready to order a Clark for my HL Jagdpanzer IV conversion. I want it to battle at the 10th Aniversary of the AAF Tank Museum battlefield in May.

<div><font face="Arial" size="2">The objective of CBU is just to minimized the impact ofDBU price increase as some TK board usertold me that Darkith has increasedtheprice of his apple due to high demand(??), turned out they now have no low cost&amp; long range battle unit to work with their TKboards, so we decided to introduce CBU. </font></div><div></div><div><font face="Arial" size="2">CBU is available in assembled PCB form, it's almost the same to the PCB of TBU, the only difference is that CBU has four sensors on it &amp; user will need to build Sunlight filtering or horizontal baffling for outdoor application.

As I mentioned to some customers that I was not interesting in producing battle unit, so I just regard CBU as kind of customer service<font size="2">.</font> But if( unfortunately) it does sale, then I will invest to produce housing and mirror and show how to convert CBU into TBU alike <font size="2">battle <font size="2">unit.</font></font><font size="2">

HI Clark ,A big thank you for taking this step ,There are some guys who did struggle to buid the DBU to a standard that worked correctly. At least they will only have to make a cover now.
One stop shop can only be good for both you and your customers.I will be ordering more TK22s soon, along will the battle units

regards pete

That's fantastic. The opening drivers hatch looks great.
How did you get the lights to work separately?

Well that is true for TK20 boards, but the TK22 boards do have an "AUX Power / Motor Control" function which can be used separately from the main head light on/off switch to turn on/off other lights.

Don't forget to add 100~200 ohm in-line resistor when using AUX power control function to drive LED.

Regards,
Clark

Nice!

I noticed you still have track recoil when firing the main gun ...

Seems most people don't like it at all, though I'm on a fence about it as long as it just has a subtle amount which the Clark can provide in various degrees, rather than the nasty violent jerking motion on the HL, so that is one feature on the TK22 I was probably going to turn off &amp; test if I liked it completely off, or still just want a subtle rock like that myself.

Are you going to eventully turn off track recoil when firing, or do you intend to keep a bit?
