Track adjusters in 1:24 VsTank Pro Tiger 1 by SUGO
Hello gentlemen,
It's been a long time since my last post of"Elimination of 3rd. & 4th. struts of the HLWalker bulldog". Andnow I'm please to post the new one......."Track adjusters in 1:24 VsTank Pro Tiger 1 by SUGO."
I asked SUGO making me the things as a gift and he 's just done it.
Note: The tank is mine and SUGO designed & made the track adjsuters for me as a friend gift only with no cost except a little cost of materials. And to himself it is just a hobby only.
I 'd like to start with drawings below....

ORIGINAL: Cold Comfort
Very nice. Do you use the metal tracks as well? SUGO sounds like a good friend to have. Thanks for posting.

Yes I do.
The stock plastic tracks are not good...hence I need to use the metal ones. And I agree with youabout SUGO...he's good friend to have , presently he has 10 tanks at homewaiting for his moddings but only one tank belongs to him ...others belong to his friends . ha ha ha LOL
Thank you,
siam

After this testing we foundno track coming off problem. Any how couple days later we did run the tank on sand in Paknum Battlefield by pivoting to the left and right more than 10 rounds with no track problems.
But the nylon gears went to the end..ha ha ha LOL

The breaking of the nylon gears is a good chance for me really. I did beg SUGO making me new set of metal gears for this Tiger1.
I have a reason....last time I changed the stock motors with these 370 Sport-Tuned Mabuchi motors so it made my tank ran faster than the scale speed. Yes it's time to change both the ratio and material of the gearboxes....yeah ....
And SUGO said .....I'll do for you but we need time for calculation the gear ratio and design new gears ,also finding some shop nearby for small size steel gear making. Off course I was so glad. Thank you SUGO.
Note: There are some shops nearby of which produce steel gears as our design or request as sample pictures below.
All I need to do is asking SUGO sending his gear drawings to the shop.
