That's right, the first and only prototype didn't have zimm but had the standard rubber rimmed road wheels. All the others had the later steel wheels and zimm.
I guess I can always add the zimm and re-paint!

It got modernised with steel road wheels, they removed the filters but some fixings where still on there. It's also happens to be the one at kubica. Can send you some good pictures from when it was captured

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that the Sturms were constructed from recovered lower hulls (mostly late), repaired with the superstructure added, so consistency of zim, rear deck, etc was non existent.

yeah i have a few pics of sturms without zimmerit but because they are ancient pics it could bad detail to see , with the germans you never know ... thanks for the info tom
