Default Taigen "Scratch and Dent"

Good morning guys,

My Torro King Tiger arrived yesterday that I purchased from the Scratch and Dent section of the Taigen/IMEX web site. Upon receiving the box, I noticed that there was damage to the box and took photos as well. Upon opening things up, I noticed small pieces of black plastic in the box. Turns out the transmitter front case had been broken. Took more photos and then sent them to Erik via email. I received a email from Erik telling me not to worry that he would send a new case. So, my point in all of this is, if you are a little hesitant about buying from Scratch and Dent, don't be. The customer service from Erik is still there. Thanks Erik for taking care of me, and all of us.

Joe

PS The tank is beautiful, it all works great. The right stick is difficult to move but that is being taken care of by Erik.

Yes, I've purchased three tanks from Gene at Artistic Hobbies. He is really great to work with, takes the time to answer any question you may have.
