The gun does not fire or make any noise. Any ideas?

Might be a silly question but have you turned on the BB firing switch in the turret?

Ok so the first thing I would try is CaptainB's suggestion of checking if the safety switch is off. It is located on the top of the turret under the loader's hatch. Next if that doesn't work I would check to see if the red LED on the turret mantlet illuminates when you try to fire. If not then the 8 wire cable from the motherboard to the turret or the 3 wire cable from the upper hull daughter board to the turret may not be connected. Now if it is firing and you are not getting track recoil or sound then that is just a recoil switch issue (most likely not plugged in). If you haven't sorted this out yet please feel free to contact me direct at [email protected] and I'll make sure you are taken care of

Thanks for the answers! It was the switch. I feel dumb, but at least it was an easy problem to fix!

Thanks CaptainB for beating me to it That issue was probably my fault lol. We check EVERYTHING when they pass through our warehouse including all functions and switches. Usually we leave the safety off, but sometimes we all derp and forget. Glad it was something simple. Happy tanking!
